The information gathered in the Equal Opportunities section of the form is used to assist us in monitoring the effectiveness of our Equal Opportunities policy. The information collected will be stored and processed in accordance with data protection principles for the purpose of preparing anonymised statistical reports.  The information is only accessible to HR and will not be made available to the selection panel or Line Manager, or used in any part of the recruitment decision making process.  Before registering and submitting an application all candidates will be asked to signify that they agree to our terms of use, which outlines in detail how we protect your data.
