At its core the Institute seeks to work with people, with partners and with communities in a manner that sees <strong>participation</strong>, <strong>implementation</strong> and <strong>change</strong> as vital parts of its mission.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>The role</u></strong></p><p>The successful candidate will co-ordinate a diverse set of research and teaching activities across York St John University (YSJU). They will join INC Lab. INC Lab is an interdisciplinary network of YSJU staff, students and community members with a commitment to developing a series of interconnected, real-world projects for students and staff to make use of. We pose shared questions and ask members to respond across different disciplines to design neurodiversity-affirming practices that benefit everybody together, INC Lab aims to identify points of intervention to improve campus-wide experiences for neurodivergent students and staff.&nbsp;</p><p>The post-holder will be responsible for project co-ordination tasks, including: liaison between stakeholders, research data collection where appropriate, and delivery of tasks to agreed deadlines (e.g.,).&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Required skills and experience</strong></p><p>We are seeking an enthusiastic and social justice-focused candidate with experience of working in research teams. The successful candidate will demonstrate understanding of neurodiversity, awareness of ethical principles in research, and a passion for improving experience and outcomes for neurodivergent members of the university community. Qualitative research experience and experience of working with neurodivergent people would be valuable in this role. We will be looking for a shared commitment to working with communities and valuing different types of knowledge and contributions. They will complete set up of the sport facilities to meet operational procedures and will provide day to day administration and clerical support including staffing the reception. The role will also assist in the development of YSJActive as a recognised professional provider of sport, exercise and wellbeing in the university and the community. The team is led by the Head of Global Student Recruitment, who oversees operations across both campuses. YSJ Global is a multi-disciplinary directorate that consists of operational teams including International Student Recruitment, TNE and Conversion, Overseas Partnerships, Student Support, Marketing and Communications, Admissions, Visa and Compliance and the International Programmes Team. Our core function is to progress the international social mobility of students at York St John University.</p><p><strong><u>The Role</u></strong></p><p>The Global Office leads the University&rsquo;s international student recruitment, global engagement and TNE activities. We are delighted to be recruiting a motivated and ambitious individual to join our International Development Team. This role holder will contribute to the development of new partnership initiatives while supporting the effective management and oversight of an existing portfolio of TNE partners across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.</p><p>You will be responsible for developing TNE opportunity channels, with a particular focus on agent account management, partner relationships, market development, and supporting student recruitment from enquiry through to enrolment. The role requires strong knowledge and experience of international student recruitment within the higher education sector, alongside the ability to build effective relationships with external stakeholders.</p><p>The post holder will play a key role in delivering the University&rsquo;s 2026&ndash;2030 TNE strategy, with responsibilities spanning partnership coordination, data management, and process tracking. Bringing together individuals from York St John University, the University of York, and TEWV NHS Trust, we hope to explore these often underrepresented experiences.</p><p><strong><u>The role</u></strong></p><p>The role, reporting to the Principal and Co-investigators within the Department of Psychology, will contribute to design and delivery of the project. The candidate will be motivated to contribute to developing a nuanced understanding of recovery from eating disorders, and sharing this understanding with the community.</p><p>This role is at 0.55FTE from 1<sup>st</sup> September 2026 until 30<sup>th</sup> April 2027. Working pattern will be agreed with the successful candidate.</p><p><strong><u>Required skills and experience</u></strong></p><p>Candidates will have experience in mental health research and an appreciation for the role of coproduction in this area. They will be confident in independent working alongside being part of a collaborative team. Organisational skills and IT proficiency are essential.
