The Team

The University is excited to be launching our new Student Hub, providing a wide range of student support and guidance, both in person and online. The Student Hub will be part of the Student Academic Administration directorate, and will be a focal point for students at our York and London campuses. 

The role

This leadership role will work closely with the Academic Registrar and colleagues from across the University to launch the Student Hub; focussing on recruiting and developing the team, process mapping and working with partners to develop the new CRM system. 

Creating exemplary customer service and ensuring processes are in place to allow for effective resolution of student issues will be key to the role. 

Required skills and experience

The successful candidate must have:

  • Experience of leading professional support teams in a complex organisation
  • Experience of developing and delivering process change
  • Experience of working in a customer service environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of working with customer relationship management systems
