The Team: 

The Directorate of Governance and Compliance is a vibrant and diverse team of professionals providing a range of key functions and support for the University in the areas of Governance, Equality and Diversity, Health and Safety, Information Governance, Student Casework and Legal.

The Role: 

We are seeking to appoint an administrator to support the work of the team and the Director. Operating as an active member of the team, the post holder will deliver professional administrative processes and systems, working collaboratively to ensure that staff members are supported with established practices, project work and associated groups and committees. 

This is a busy and varied role covering a wide range of activities including administration for a variety of functions, organising and promoting events, development of online content, and supporting project activities.

Required Skills and Experience:

You will be an experienced administrator with the proven ability to provide consistently high-quality professional support and will have excellent customer service skills. A full list of responsibilities and requirements is detailed within the Job Description.

A professional approach and willingness to work as effectively and efficiently as possible to provide a high-quality service are essential. You will be a team player and have the ability to communicate at all levels.
